milk

so i just found out something that i never in my life intended to learn:
even when still sealed from the store and refrigerated, milk goes bad.
the sell by date was today, which means the milk should have been good til next week.
but no.
i opened it a few moments ago to have with the cookies and brownies i procured from the lobby, and was met by a gross, putrid, nearly vomit enducing smell.
i don't know when i'll be able to drink milk again, but it won't be anytime soon. i'm having issues just looking at milk products right now. damnit.
arg, blarg, and damn.
